1. Nature of the Services

Due to the nature of our business and the digital services we provide, purchased credits are immediately added to your account dashboard upon successful payment. These credits allow instant access to server-side processing and premium tools.

2. Refund Policy (No Refund)

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download or account credit, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the credits have been successfully assigned to your user account.

We encourage all our users to thoroughly test our platform using the Free Tier tools available before deciding to purchase premium credits.

3. Exceptions for Refund

We stand behind the quality of our tools. A refund may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If a system error causes you to be charged multiple times for a single transaction.
• Non-Delivery of Credits: If your payment was successfully deducted from your bank/card, but the credits were not added to your MehenaTools dashboard within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Refund requests based on the aforementioned exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can stop using our services and leave your account dormant at any time. There are no recurring subscription fees; you only pay when you choose to manually buy more credits. Therefore, formal “subscription cancellation” is not required.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.
